Industry HVAC
A call-first site for a heating and cooling contractor: heating and cooling as two tracks, the arrival target up front with its qualifier, and one service-area page covering every city.

A call-first website for a residential plumber: phone number on every screen, arrival targets by zone with their qualifier, and the price before the work.

A layout and design system made for the trade: the phone number where a stressed caller looks first, triage by problem, and a short form for people who aren't in an emergency.

Hand-written HTML and CSS on Eleventy, hosted on Cloudflare Pages with strict security headers. Business details live in one config source, so a new phone number updates every page.
A classic WordPress theme with no page builder: business details, services and service areas edited in the admin, with the same headings and structure as the static site.
